Electronic mail

All active NES students stuff and faculty have the advantage of an e-mail address in domain. NES Mail system is based on MS Exchange server and supports POP3, SMTP and IMAP protocols. 
MS Outlook is the basic way to connect to your NES mailbox. If you are in NES network on a regular basis you can request assistance from the NES Helpdesk. Otherwise you can try to set up your account on your own following this "how to".

OWA (Outllok Web Access) - is one of the ways to reach your NES electronic mailbox while not in NES network. The connection to Outlook Web Acess is established over secure protocol so be sure to type https:// instead of simple http:// so the address is
(Note: OWA is known to work correctly in most web-browsers and on most operating systems, however some problems were spotted while using Apple Mac and Safari)

You can also use Google mail interface for your NES mail account. It is completely web-based and can be accessed from any web-browser. However please note, that only one way of connection is possible. So you have to choose.
